Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about Wick Sweep and cleaning your Solana wallet dust

Is Wick Sweep safe to use?

Yes! Wick Sweep is 100% non-custodial. We never have access to your private keys or funds. All transactions are signed directly by your wallet, and we only close empty token accounts with zero balance. Your valuable assets are never touched.

How much does it cost?

We offer three tiers: Free (15% fee), Wick Sweep Plus ($5.99/mo, 7% fee), and Wick Sweep Pro ($15.99/mo, 5% fee). Fees are only charged on the SOL you recover, so you always profit. For example, if you reclaim 1 SOL on the free tier, we take 0.15 SOL and you keep 0.85 SOL.

Which wallets are supported?

We support the 3 most popular Solana wallets with proven reliability: Phantom, Solflare, and Coinbase Wallet. These three wallets cover over 90% of Solana users and provide the best experience on both desktop and mobile.

What is "wallet dust"?

Every token account on Solana requires ~0.002 SOL in "rent" to exist. When you receive tokens, a new account is created. When you spend or transfer those tokens, the account becomes empty but still locks up that rent. These empty accounts are "dust" - they serve no purpose but hold your SOL hostage.

Do I need to sign every transaction?

Our smart batching system groups up to 25 accounts per transaction. If you have 75 dust accounts, you'll only sign 3 transactions. Most wallets let you sign all batches at once, making the process seamless. This is much better than signing 75 individual transactions!

Can I lose money using this?

No! You can only profit. We only charge fees on SOL you recover from closed accounts. There's no upfront cost. The only expense is the small Solana network fee (~0.00001 SOL per transaction), which is negligible compared to what you reclaim.
